We are a small, family owned plumbing company in Rathdrum, ID. As a husband and wife team, we strive in providing excellent customer service, combined with quality affordable plumbing. Shane has nearly 20 years of plumbing experience and Christine has over 20 years of customer service experience. Combined we make an excellent duo!

Shane spent most of his career working for other plumbing companies, and over time, saw both the good and the bad. What really pushed him to want to start his own business was the way pricing and sales tactics were handled by some companies. There’s a common mindset in the industry that “honesty doesn’t sell,” and he was tired of being part of that.   Shane and Christine wanted to build a business where people could get honest work at a fair price. Plumbing takes years to master, and Shane has a lot of respect for the trade, but he also knew that the industry had moved toward pricing that often didn’t reflect the actual work being done. We knew we could charge less than what has become standard, still be profitable, and provide a premium service. That’s why we started Ridgeline Plumbing and Rooter—to bring integrity back to the trade.

Our goal is to re-write the standard in service. Excellent service shouldn’t come with the highest price tag. We treat each customer’s home as if it was our own. We take the time to find out the actual problem and present the customer with the right solutions. We’re not just looking for a sale and to move on to the next call- we’re looking to build a long lasting relationship built on integrity, trust and excellent workmanship.

In our spare time we like to be outdoors as a family, exploring and making memories. We are connected in our community and local volunteer organizations.
